Field Operations Coordinator

Blueground is looking for an experienced Operations Lead to join our dynamic team in New York City. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, managing maintenance and repairs, and overseeing the housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all properties are fully equipped and ready for guest move-ins
• Manage the housekeeping team, coordinating with building staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Conduct pre-check-in and post-check-out inspections using a mobile checklist to ensure each apartment meets our quality standards
• Perform basic handyman tasks and manage minor household repairs
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational excellence
Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with a proven track record of success in leading field or housekeeping teams
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Ability to perform basic handyman tasks and manage minor household repairs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
