Job Title: Construction Project Manager

DSW Homes, LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead our multi-family residential construction projects in North Houston, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will oversee new construction activities, ensuring timely completion, budget management, and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise new construction of multi-family residential units from site development to vertical construction
  • Manage project schedules and budgets, generating progress reports as needed
  • Promote and ensure job site safety, encouraging safe work practices and addressing hazards promptly
  • Supervise completion of punch lists and perform quality control inspections
  • Read and interpret engineered plans, scheduling and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assist with permit applications and inspections, collaborating with the Production Manager as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-family residential construction, with expertise in site development through to vertical construction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn firm-specific programs
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle sensitive information with discretion, and adapt to changing priorities and directions
  • Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong commitment to customer service and quality
