We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Medical Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Supervise and manage onsite personnel and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Negotiate with contractors to secure reasonable order costs and maintain high standards of workmanship
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management, preferably in the medical field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage multiple stakeholders
- Deadline and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
