Role Summary

The Senior Vice President of Pipeline Operations will be accountable for assembling a proficient team to establish a nationwide strategy and oversee the operational execution of this business unit. This executive will be expected to foster a results-driven environment, gaining the trust and respect necessary to collaborate effectively with their team and other senior executives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • In-depth knowledge of the water midstream sector, with prior commercial and ideally P&L experience.
  • Demonstrated success in formulating and implementing a national strategy within the oil and gas industry.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with a talent for recognizing opportunities, building teams, and executing plans that lead to profitable growth.
  • High-energy, self-motivated individual who proactively identifies and prioritizes strategic, financial, and operational objectives.
  • Review and enhance best management practices for pipeline operations, providing insights on optimizing the asset portfolio.
  • Ensure that logistical pipeline flows support water balancing across the overall system.
  • Collaborative team player who enhances the leadership team.
  • Willingness to invest the necessary time and effort to thrive in a lean operational setting, where all senior leaders contribute.
  • Commitment to the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in quickly understanding information and identifying core issues.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or training.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to operate a company vehicle according to insurance guidelines.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledgeable in standards, concepts, practices, and procedures within the regulatory field.
  • Able to engage with all levels of the organization and work effectively in a diverse team.
