ServiceMaster Restore - Water and Fire Damage Mitigation Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Water and Fire Damage Mitigation Technician to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a Technician, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills related to maintenance, construction, leadership, and customer service in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform water, fire, and mold content or structural cleaning
  • Assist Lead Technicians with equipment and supplies
  • Communicate processes and job progress to customers
  • Ensure quality control on each job
  • Handle equipment, supplies, and vehicles properly
  • Document job activities and take pictures
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Experience in emergency response, construction, or cleaning
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Detail-oriented, hardworking, and motivated
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with mobile software and product labels
  • Ability to work on-call and weekends
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
  • Stand, walk, squat, crawl, and crouch as needed
  • Use visual acuity for detail-oriented activities
  • Adapt to various working conditions
