Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to maximize revenue and membership growth at assigned clubs
- Provide coaching and mentoring to General Managers to ensure operational excellence and compliance with ClubCorp standards
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among club teams and other leaders within the division
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Board of Governors, landlords, and community leaders
- Identify and develop opportunities for revenue growth and membership development
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue growth, membership enrollments, and prospecting and attrition status
About You:
- 3-5 years' experience as a ClubCorp General Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality-related field
