As an Energy Efficiency Specialist with Superior Energy Innovations LLC, you will play a critical role in helping homeowners and businesses reduce their energy consumption and costs. Your primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of activities to weatherize homes and make them more energy efficient.
Key Responsibilities- Install cellulose insulation in attics and walls to improve energy efficiency
- Air seal homes to prevent heat loss and reduce energy bills
- Repair and replace heating systems and hot water tanks to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Install and vent dryers, bath fans, and other equipment to improve indoor air quality
- Fix and install gutters to prevent water damage and improve drainage
- Install fans, sump pumps, and other equipment to mitigate moisture issues in basements and crawlspaces
- Weatherstrip doors and windows to prevent air leaks and reduce energy loss
To be successful in this role, you will need a valid driver's license and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Training will be provided upon hire, and a background check and drug screening will be performed prior to employment.
BenefitsAs an Energy Efficiency Specialist with Superior Energy Innovations LLC, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary based on your experience. You will also be eligible for raises after 90 days and at the one-year mark, as well as on your anniversary date each year.
