Assembly Team Member Cell 9 Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Team Member Cell 9 to join our team in Jamestown, NY. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality engines.
Key Responsibilities
Remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous duties as required to meet production goals.
Work with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.
Communicate effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
Complete training and personal development in line with business requirements.
Participate actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Self-driven with a high level of motivation.
