Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Federal purchasing or subcontract management, including overseeing large and complex proposals, supplier selection and negotiations, and subcontracts administration
  • 3+ years of experience in managing a diverse staff directly
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive business-oriented solutions to challenging problems
  • Knowledge of FAR and agency supplements
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to support a quick-paced, high-volume, diverse workload successfully
  • Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent customer relationship development and management skills with internal customers
