As an Administrative Support Specialist with Houston First Corporation, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the Sales and Client Services department. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-Day Operations: Assist sales managers with administrative tasks such as correspondence, calendar management, and expense reports.
  • Bid Preparation: Prepare and bind bids for sales managers, including letters, facility information, and amenity details.
  • Site Visits: Secure locations, prepare agendas, order food and beverages, and distribute client amenities.
  • Travel Arrangements: Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements for sales managers, preparing travel authorization and registering for conferences.

You will work closely with sales managers, directors, and other departmental staff to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure, we encourage you to apply for this role.
