Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our office and staff. This role includes performing various tasks, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing presentations, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage calendars and keep track of deadlines
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Process invoices and payments
- Provide administrative support to other staff members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
