Physiotherapist Specialist in Outpatient Orthopedics

Purpose and Scope:
- Deliver high-quality patient care services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Evaluate and treat patients' physical problems, such as muscle, skeletal, and neurological issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated treatment efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Treatment Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal physical potential.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on proper care and use of supports and exercise programs.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports to track patient progress and provide insights for further improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive delivery of services.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an orthopedic setting, preferably in outpatient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $$114,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
