Job Title: Non Ferrous Metals Processing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Non Ferrous Metals Processing Specialist at CM Metals NJ LLC in Dover, NJ.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that involves handling and processing non ferrous metals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling and processing non ferrous metals, including copper, brass, aluminum, and stainless materials
  • Sorting mixed scrap metal loads and identifying and grading all scrap metals
  • Working indoors and outdoors regardless of weather conditions
  • Interacting with the general public and providing excellent customer service
  • Performing heavy lifting tasks and wearing full PPE provided by the company
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; training will be provided for forklift use
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
