Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize health and safety by adhering to established safe work practices and policies.
  • Conduct health and safety inspections, audits, and interventions, and manage safety documentation.
  • Oversee employee safety training programs and ensure effective coordination.
  • Perform job loss analyses (JLA) and job hazard analyses (JHA), and manage safety equipment inspections and supplies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on specific safety processes and expectations.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents, managing follow-up and reporting for injuries and accidents.
  • Coach and supervise teams to enhance their safety responsibilities and performance.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with client safety departments.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in various assignments and direct personnel in operational procedures.
  • Inspect assigned work areas and equipment to identify compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with First Aid, Confined Space, Fall Protection, and DISA standards.
  • Possession of a TWIC Card or eligibility to obtain one.
  • In-depth understanding of safety regulations.
