The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be prompt and reliable, and have a demonstrated history of achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Install and test new customer services in residential or business locations.
- Perform fiber splicing and troubleshoot network outages and issues.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions and climb elevations exceeding 18 feet.
- Operate a company vehicle safely and work with engineering, technical support, and service delivery teams.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Two years of experience in fiber optic and Cat6 cable installation (preferred).
- Experience with configuring wireless equipment and installing various fiber optic cable types.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, lift up to 50lbs, and carry a ladder.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
