Job Title: Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Inframark. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and plan service calls to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare equipment, tools, and materials required for service work, and perform routine maintenance and inspections.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot equipment and other on-site problems, and make recommendations to clients.
  • Operate service vehicles and maintain accurate records of maintenance and inspection activities.
  • Respond to after-hours calls and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive internal and external customer experience.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and other licenses or certifications as required by the company.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet.
  • Working knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance activities associated with water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Physical Demands:

The Field Service Technician must be able to frequently lift 50-60 pounds, load, unload, and move large equipment and tools, access confined spaces, and continuously walk and climb stairs and ladders.
