Job Summary:
As an Extraction Specialist at MBAF Made By a Farmer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our hemp products. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our extraction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial extraction equipment, maintaining safety and quality standards.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position that requires working weekends and extended hours occasionally to meet production orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor equipment and systems to ensure processes are running effectively and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions to production
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments to equipment, ensuring proper functionality
- Maintain accurate logs of production data, including equipment performance, process deviations, and materials usage

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of state and local regulations and guidelines
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check with no pending charges or convictions within the past 10 years for a controlled substance-related felony
- Strong work ethic with repetitive tasks
- Easy going and a team player with a small group
- Can stand or sit for long periods of time depending on the task
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to form relationships
- Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task
