Experienced Building Enclosure Testing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments and testing services for the built environment, including property condition evaluations, specialized testing, building envelope consulting, forensic investigations, and repair design for existing structures, among other facility-related services.

Demonstrating accountability, organization, dependability, effective time management, and self-driven motivation.

Executing both field and laboratory testing procedures.

Coordinating and supervising the activities of facilities technicians.

Collaborating with senior staff on various projects as required.

Ensuring a safe working environment and proper utilization of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate or technical degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering is preferred.

4-6 years of relevant experience in building enclosure or facility-related inspections.

Certifications related to facilities are essential for all testing conducted. All necessary certifications must align with the Technician Certification and Pay Policy. Professional certifications such as NRCA/IIBEC or AWCI Certified EIFS Inspector are highly preferred.
