Cockroach Labs is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of CockroachDB
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and sales performance metrics
- 1-2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS products or adjacent technologies
- 3-5 years of total experience, ideally within B2B software sales
- Strong ability to connect with customers and understand their needs
- Previous sales methodology training (e.g., MEDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
- Strong time and resource management skills
