Job Description
\Sedgwick Government Solutions is seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to join our team in Bethesda, MD. As a key member of our Managed Care Advisors division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our federal clients.
\About the Role

- We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in client-facing and/or federal government contracting, preferably in the healthcare industry.\
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services according to customer objectives and contract requirements.\
- Your expertise in workers' compensation or healthcare benefits, as well as your ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures, will be invaluable assets to our team.\
- In this role, you will work independently as a self-starter, committed to delivering high-quality customer service and results.\
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this position, including public speaking and presentations.\
- A strong computer skills, including Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), is also required.\\[
