Advertising Sales Director

As an Advertising Sales Manager at Cable One, you will be responsible for leading the Advertising Sales team to achieve profitable growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of the advertising industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Advertising Sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Services, and Inventory, to understand sales objectives and business requirements.
- Forecast business in the pipeline and prioritize customer lists to focus on revenue potential.
- Partner with Project and Product Managers to identify timelines, process, and requirements necessary to achieve program goals.
- Drive team members to meet or exceed assigned goals, including product adoption, training, and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve process and other questions from internal and external constituents.
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
- Valid Driver's License and clear driving history.
