In exchange for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid holidays and vacation time.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' experience in community organizing and/or volunteer management.
- Positive attitude, motivational, and encouragement skills necessary.
- Experience in facilitating trainings and managing volunteers.
- Knowledge about addiction recovery a plus.
- Strong customer service ethic and cross-cultural skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication skills.
- Organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Computer skills and current technology experience.
- Self-starter, flexible, and team-oriented.
