Job Summary:

As a Credentialing Coordinator at AdventHealth Tampa, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residency program. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the daily activities of the program office, working closely with the Residency Program Director and other team members to support the academic and clinical needs of our residents and medical students.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor resident compliance with academic requirements and regulations
Compile and submit reports, including quarterly CHEP reports and GME Track reports
Coordinate intern/resident applicant interviewing process and match
Maintain resident rotation schedules, evaluations, and annual training requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or health-related field
2 years of administrative or related experience in an office environment
Experience using Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
