Job Summary

VetJobs is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the prepping, assembly, testing, and/or packing of a variety of electrical, mechanical, and/or electro-mechanical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use a variety of tools, gages, machines, and simple measuring devices to assure proper conformance to specifications and drawings.
  • Uphold safety, quality, and production standards.
  • Perform assembly, finishing, testing, and packing operations and adjust process or product for proper appearance, mechanical, and/or electrical function.
  • Operate forklift or other material handling devices as needed.
  • Complete orders on time and to the required specification.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and/or electro-mechanical devices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
