Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming inquiries via internet and phone
  • Respond to emails in a professional and articulate manner
  • Assist clients in selecting the right vehicle, leveraging industry knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Understand the psychology of online customers and engage with them to schedule vehicle demonstrations
  • Guide customers to product information resources, including online materials
  • Promptly relay inquiries/messages to other sales personnel and departments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
