The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall success of their Sardi's location. They must maintain a high level of accountability for the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver impeccable service to guests and ensure that all team members are selected and properly trained to meet this standard.
  • Develop and maintain a team of high-performing employees by effectively coaching performance, recommending promotions, and holding team members accountable for methods, standards, and results.
  • Ensure that all service procedures are followed and friendliness standards are met, and that all team members follow established guidelines for product quality, availability, and excellence.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving to maximize product quality and availability, and utilize feedback tools to direct the efforts of the team.
  • Provide leadership to team members and managers that generates an atmosphere where people strive to exceed expectations, and maintain a labor schedule that meets guest demand.
  • Effectively manage and budget to control cash flow, revenue growth, food cost, labor cost, and other operating expenses, and maintain integrity of food cost management systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in the food service industry, hospitality industry, or retail industry.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
