Project Controls Specialist

Skanska is seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Controls Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by coordinating and managing project controls documents, schedules, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project controls documents, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Supervise and direct planning and scheduling activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget reports.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, including data entry, document management, and communication.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in construction, project management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of project controls principles, practices, and tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
