Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Blackwood Associates Inc. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth by maximizing sales potential within assigned territories and named account bases.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales operational elements of territory, including quoting, order processing, and Salesforce.com management.
  2. Accurately forecast pipeline and communicate with leadership.
  3. Build strong relationships with customers and partners by offering additional support and value.
  4. Proactively manage and communicate with customers/partners to drive business forward.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Proven track record as a self-starter who excels in competitive environments.
  3. Hyper detail-oriented mindset with strong time-management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date on industry trends.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Remote or office-based, flexible arrangements considered.
