Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $**120,000 - $180,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a base hourly rate or annual full-time salary, as well as potential bonuses and incentives.

About the Job

This position offers the unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Nurse Practitioner at CVS Health, you will have the autonomy to run your own practice, with support from a collaborative and experienced clinical care team.

You will be responsible for providing primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and management of health problems. Additionally, you will perform routine examinations, speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.

  • Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients, inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
  • Perform routine examinations and take medical histories from patients.
  • Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices and provide education on disease prevention and management.
  • Complete diagnostic tests and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in a relevant specialty.
  • Current state licensure to practice as a NP.
  • Experience working in a retail health care setting, preferably in a MinuteClinic location.
  • Epic experience preferred.
  • In select states, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related master's degree) with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the role.
