Delivery and Install Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Delivery and Install Driver to join our team at Ricoh. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and quality pick-up, relocation, and delivery of office equipment to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and install office equipment to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate log books and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Perform pre and post-trip reviews to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
- Minimize costs by performing pick-ups and deliveries efficiently.
- Provide basic customer training on printing standalone and network devices.
- Participate in safety programs and maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Safe driving record and history.
- On-line technical training focused on networking and installation.
- On-the-job training with field technicians.
- Eligibility to drive a commercial vehicle according to FMCSR regulations.
- Valid driver's license and medical card.
- Minimum two years of medium-duty truck driving experience.
- Ability to read maps and electronic GPS.
This role requires frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling to service equipment at floor level. Physical effort is required in lifting equipment weighing up to 100 pounds and moving equipment that may weigh up to 1000lbs. Work assignments are diversified, and the ability to work independently is essential.
