About the Opportunity

DMI is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our Managed Mobility team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional end-user support, troubleshooting technical issues, and configuring computer systems to meet company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver support for reported problems with desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Install and configure desktop computer hardware, software, and peripherals using standard procedures.
  • Assist individuals with computer hardware, software, or network issues by walking them through potential solutions.
  • Train users on computer hardware and software, including printers, email programs, and software applications.
  • Monitor and track pending and completed computer help-desk requests.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to voicemails.
  • Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores.
Requirements:
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Technology Associate (MTA) certifications.
  • Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) and Certified Technician (CCT) certifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
