We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Healthy Planet Clinical Analyst to join our team at AdventHealth Information Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing Epic and other associated systems to improve patient care delivery and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clinicians and end-users to design, build, test, train, implement, evaluate, and maintain Epic and other associated systems.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including customers and sponsors, to capture business and technical requirements.
- Assess workflow processes, identify gaps, and develop future workflows related to the implementation of new solutions or functionality.
- Design, build, and configure Epic system modules and supporting third-party applications, and develop and maintain system process documentation.
- Perform unit, system, and integration testing, and document outcomes.
- Remain current on industry trends and vendor/application/system updates, and ensure that all software modifications/upgrades are working according to Epic specifications.
- Participate in or lead multiple cross-functional projects, and communicate project status and deliverables to stakeholders.
- College degree in a field of study such as business, IS, or a healthcare-related field, or 2-4 years of commensurate experience.
- Epic Healthy Planet Certification.
- Experience with Compass Rose, HCC, and HMT preferred.
- Maintenance of current licensure or certification related to area of specialty.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
