As a Dishwasher/Utility Employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of our franchise.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to company standards and health and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning equipment and appliances, and taking out trash and recycling
  • Assist with food preparation, including measuring and mixing ingredients, under the direction of the kitchen team
  • Help with inventory and stocking of supplies
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Follow equipment cleaning and maintenance schedules of all floors, walls, ceilings, vents, and bathrooms
  • Communicate any equipment issues or maintenance needs to management
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the heart of house operations

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
