Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

At HomeGoods, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns and exchanges with a smile.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on merchandise and sales trends, using this knowledge to make informed decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Participate in store recovery and maintenance, ensuring the store looks its best at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
