As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will gain valuable experience in managing the daily operations of a convenience store. You will work closely with experienced leaders, participating in hands-on training to understand our business, team dynamics, suppliers, and customer interactions. This role supports the Store Manager and collaborates with team members to ensure a remarkable shopping experience for our customers.
Training Program:
During your training period, you will work alongside experienced managers, learning effective strategies for running a convenience store. In between training sessions, you will engage in various shifts, applying your leadership skills in real-world scenarios. After completing your training, you will join our leadership team, ready to step in during absences until you are assigned your own store.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and ensure they feel valued, as we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service.
- Assist the Store Manager in building a strong team through training, scheduling, and mentoring. Lead by example, setting clear goals and maintaining accountability.
- Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized.
- Oversee quality assurance, merchandising, and safety protocols in food service areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including the coffee station and food service areas.
- Efficiently operate the cash register and manage transactions.
- Support the Store Manager in food service operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience: At least 1 year in retail or food service
Preferred Experience: 1 year in a leadership role within retail or customer service
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others
- Basic computer proficiency
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform various physical tasks.
Additional Information:
Specialized attire may be required in food service areas.
Salary Range: $39,000 - $44,000
