Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will encompass:
  • Overseeing and managing geotechnical projects.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of technical reports.
  • Preparing and evaluating project proposals.
  • Assisting in departmental management and financial oversight.
  • Engaging in business development and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance client relationships.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to make informed staffing decisions.
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members.
  • Participating in cross-departmental tasks as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Current designation as a senior reviewer at your previous or current firm.
  • A valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license in the states where you operate.
  • A valid driver’s license if required for company-related travel.
