About the Role

The AESC Group seeks a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the safe, efficient operation of our entire plant facilities at the Envision AESC Battery Plant production facility.

This professional position is responsible for providing engineering support to assigned areas in manufacturing, maintenance, and facility operations. Recommends, plans, coordinates, documents, and implements plant and process control systems on a company-wide basis.

  • Assigns and schedules work tasks with other facility technicians in a team-oriented environment and performs initial evaluations of building systems and distributes work assignments.
  • Works with the Maintenance Planning department to evaluate needs for all work requests-both scheduled and unscheduled-as well as any special projects that arise.
  • Covers preventative maintenance on refrigeration units, plumbing, electrical, and overhead doors, and any other mechanical systems.
  • Coordinates and assists in repairs involving basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
