We are seeking a highly responsible and reliable individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Room Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service 13 to 16 guest rooms per day, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned, including maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel.
  • Ensure that all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new guests, including restocking amenities and linens as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental and company goals.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with guests and provide directions as needed.
  • Highly responsible and reliable individual with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet departmental and company standards.
