We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VIP Representative to join our team at MotorCity Casino. As a VIP Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

• Act as a liaison between guests and other casino departments to resolve any issues or concerns.
• Make informed decisions regarding complimentary services and amenities for our guests.
• Collaborate with the hotel to ensure seamless service for our guests.
• Resolve guest disputes in a professional and courteous manner.
• Attend events and functions to build relationships with our guests and promote our services.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer base through excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Enroll new players and reactivate archived players to increase revenue and guest engagement.

• Minimum three years of customer service experience in a high-end or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and outgoing personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
