We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Association Support Specialist to join our team at RealManage. As a key member of our portfolio management team, you will provide exceptional support to our Portfolio Managers and clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Portfolio Managers in the delivery of contracted services to clients and homeowners.
  • Support the preparation, drafting, and issuance of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to vendors.
  • Meet with contractors to discuss current or pending projects, grant access to facilities, and conduct site visits.
  • Order materials, supplies, and signs, and coordinate delivery and installation.
  • Issue, follow up, and close work orders with contractors and owners.
  • Tag vehicles for parking violations and assist with pool opening preparation.
  • Draft memos, letters, and surveys for review and approval by Portfolio Managers.
  • Provide emergency response during business hours and create proposal comparison matrices with specifications.
  • Assist with insurance claim processing, budget preparation, and customer service.
  • Attend meetings, site visits, and other events as required.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-traffic environment.
  • Ability to obtain CMCA Certification through the Community Associations Institute.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance, with reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds.
