BFT coaches are highly qualified professionals, embodying the essence of personal trainers. They are part motivational speakers, educators, and fitness experts, dedicated to enhancing the experience of every participant.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to the BFT brand and foster a vibrant community experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate pre-designed workout sessions for groups of up to 36 participants.
  • Inspire and energize clients throughout each class.
  • Enhance BFT class attendance and ensure client retention.
  • Instruct proper techniques to guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience for clients.
  • Address member concerns as necessary.
  • Support sales associates with studio tours and sales activities.
  • Prepare equipment and clarify session intentions and flow for newcomers.
  • Lead classes while minimizing the need for substitutes.
  • Maintain a robust social media presence to boost class participation.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of various BFT sessions and their unique characteristics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or a nationally recognized personal training certification.
  • Current CPR/AED certification is required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in strength training coaching.
