  • Prepares detailed reports on root cause analyses for presentation to senior leadership.
  • Facilitates Common Cause Analyses and coordinates quality improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluates the success of safety enhancement efforts through established metrics and project results.
  • Assesses the effectiveness of patient safety programs by engaging in relevant activities.
  • Implements proactive risk assessments and improvement strategies.
  • Encourages collaborative participation in quality improvement processes.

The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited clinical or technical program in Allied Health. A Nebraska Registered Nurse license with a Bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience is essential, with a focus on quality improvement being advantageous.
