Experienced Sr. Scheduler for Transportation Projects

Luster National seeks an accomplished Sr. Scheduler to support large-scale transportation infrastructure projects.
About the RoleThis hands-on position offers a unique opportunity to directly impact project outcomes by planning and scheduling activities across various initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including progress updates, forecasts, and risk analysis.
- Perform schedule analysis, identifying critical activities, key milestones, and significant changes.
- Collaborate with the project team to plan work, develop Work-Breakdown Structures (WBS), estimate durations, and sequence tasks.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction scheduling for large-scale transportation projects, proficiency in industry-standard software, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and revise project schedules using scheduling software.
- Perform schedule analysis, including critical activities, risk areas, and key milestones.
- Collaborate with the project team to plan work and develop Work-Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Analyze contract documents and translate scope of work into the schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction scheduling for large-scale transportation projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard scheduling software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in construction scheduling for large-scale transportation projects.
- AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification.
