About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents, ensuring their physical, social, and psychological needs are met.
  • Monitor and document resident care according to treatment plans prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Administer medications as prescribed, maintain the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements
  • Current LPN or LVN license in good standing, per state regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
