Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Donor Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Ochsner Health. As a key member of our blood donation program, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to recruit and retain blood donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet blood donation goals
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors, patients, and staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote blood donation programs
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of donor information and blood donation data
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in blood donation recruitment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in blood donation recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
