Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Federal Maintenance Hawaii Inc. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our cottages and cabanas to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean and maintain all areas of the cottages and cabanas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to ensure they meet our resort standards.
  • Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Appliance Maintenance: Ensure all appliances in the cottages and cabanas are working properly and report any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish bath towels, hand towels, and other essentials as needed, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any damaged, broken, or illegal items to the management team, and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure all guest needs are met.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and squat repeatedly, and be on your feet throughout the day.
  • Mental Demands: Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Working Conditions

Hours vary, but you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Compensation

$19.22/Hr
