We're seeking a Turndown Attendant who shares our passion for excellence and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Turndown Attendant, you'll have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing personalized knowledge of the Resort and delivering exceptional service with a smile.

• Clean and prepare occupied rooms for turndown, ensuring a seamless transition for arriving guests.
• Restock amenities, refresh towels, and provide a second housekeeping service to guests in the evening hours.
• Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown, ensuring a warm and inviting welcome for our guests.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless service delivery.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Working knowledge of iPod Touch devices or similar hardware and applications.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

• Hourly rate: $24.63.
