HVH Housekeeping Attendant

The HVH Housekeeping Attendant is a key member of our housekeeping team, responsible for maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and detail in our residences. This role reports directly to the HVH Housekeeping Manager and requires a high level of attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive housekeeping services to homeowners, including dusting, mopping, sanitizing, vacuuming, polishing, laundry, ironing, sweeping, washing, and bed making.
  • Assist with after-construction cleaning services for new development products.
  • Physically lift 20-50 pounds frequently, including trash, housekeeping caddy, laundry, linen, light furniture, mattress, and vacuum.
  • Notify Team Leader or Supervisor of any broken items, maintenance needs, or other unusual situations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining par stocks.
  • Assume possession of CKS keys during a shift and keep them secure.
  • Report emergency and safety situations to Team Leader or Supervisor to minimize injuries.
  • Keep a detailed record of time spent in each unit each day.
  • Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate varying occupancy levels.
  • Clean, organize, operate, and maintain assigned equipment, including EZ GO cart, hand-held caddies, vacuums, and cleaning supplies.
Requirements
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
  • Weekend and holiday availability is required.
