Automation Director

KPMG is seeking an experienced Automation Director to join our Automation COE organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications to meet end-user requirements. Your expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Flow, Power BI, Power Fabric, Dataverse, and other Power Platform tools will be essential in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications to meet end-user requirements
  • Create detailed test plans, debugging plans, launch, and rollout plans
  • Develop PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Flow, Power BI, Power Fabric, Dataverse, and other Power Platform tools as necessary to meet business requirements
  • Partner with and mentor Automation COE teams performing technical tasks related to development and management of automations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the RPA CoE's methodologies and tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of recent, hands-on experience with RPA platforms - Automation Anywhere
  • Minimum three years of recent, hands-on experience with the following technologies: Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or higher in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience
  • Understanding and hands-on experience in secure design, development, and implementation on Microsoft technologies including Microsoft DevOps, GitHub, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD
