Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide solutions
  • Conduct thorough inspections and provide accurate quotes for repairs and replacements
  • Install and maintain residential HVAC systems to the highest standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC technologies and techniques
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the HVAC industry
  • Ability to learn and understand residential HVAC systems and technologies
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites
